The care taken in preparing dishes starts from the choice of ingredients, bought fresh every morning, only from trusted manufacturers, and extends to the study and testing of new cooking techniques.

The concept behind this idea is to create multiple recipes with the same compound we use for hot dogs, nuggets, meat balls, pariser etc…
The compound can be used also as a filler in some other recipes.

You can create with this compound 1000 different vegetarian finished products/recipes for industrial production, but you can also do it using a cooking robot in your restaurant, at home, and you need just few hours in the fridge.
